A full hour, 60 minutes of hands on time. Session can be focused more general - depending on your needs at the time of the session

1 hour massage

When the difference between relaxation and just feeling better is 15 minutes- we do 75 minutes instead of an hour

1 hour and 15 minutes 

An hour and a half massage- 90 minutes of hands on time. All sessions are customized so areas can be focused on or more general depending on your preference at the time of your appointment 

1 and a half hour massage

Two full hours, focus areas apply of course but there is time to get to everything!

2 hours

Quick fix, or hyper focused session. 30 minutes of hands on time

30 minute massage

For when you absolutely have to have a massage but don't really have time for everything. 45 minutes of hands on time
